Adile Cretallaz is a dynamic trainer, facilitator, and certified executive coach driven by a passion for human development and who has became a true mentor for everyone she has touched.

With vast experience in the hospitality industry and business consultation, Adile is an expert in creating instructive workshops and motivational speeches through a unique experiential learning approach that is fit for all individuals. With a highly diverse background, Adile is continuously able to meet varying issues with fresh ideas that promote better organizational practices to boost a company’s overall effectiveness.

By combining her knowledge in management and coaching, together with her business experience in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia, she is able to help everyone no matter his or her level to come up with creative solutions and simplify any complexity that people might encounter. She is always tuned with her audience and makes sure that their engagement remains memorable.

Adile’s area of expertise encompasses organizational development, talent growth, marketing strategies, sales and management practices, customer service and human development. Also an expert in luxury, she understands the challenges this booming industry raises in emerging and mature countries and is keen to share her observations and future predictions in this field.

She also expands her activity into the education field by managing her own Fashion School in Istanbul (IFA Paris) and launching the first MBA Luxury Brand Management in Turkey with the reputable Kadir Has University.

Adile Cretallaz has substancial business acumen due to her corporate experience  acquired in leadership roles such Accor Asia Pacific, Star Woods, Intercontinental, TSA,  Savills PLC. In 2005 she established her own boutique management company that became now a reference.  Her cultural fluency and fast pace adaptability are her main strengths.

Born in Turkey and raised in Europe, she has traveled extensively nearly every part of the world and worked in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Europe. Adile has become a citizen of the world and has gained expertise from all horizons.
