Identify the stress that eats you !

Identify the stress that eats you !

Hello Readers,

Today we will talk about : the stressors. Some people or events might stress you and they take various size and shape: some are physical, environmental, social, emotional, legal, financial … etc

They could be divided in three categories.
First, the positive stress when you are about to start a new job, when you are getting married, graduate… and they excite your nervous system the same way negative experiences do.

On the other side, you have the minor day-to-day stress that we are all likely to experience and that can open doors to anger. Here we are talking about:
– Business deadline
– No answer from your customers
– Finding someone who uses your work without your permission
– Being stuck in traffic
– Having an appointment with someone who shows up late
– Hearing a rude remark about you
– Having too much time on your hands (some scientists show that in a company context, it is called “underutilization” and the same can be applied when a teenager is stuck at home doing nothing)

Finally, you have the major stressors which have a huge impact on your life. It can be the below events:
– Being fired from your job
– Having a chronic illness
– Experiencing the death
– Divorce

You can complete the list with your own experience, however it seems that we are more likely to be undone by the second category of day-to-day stress as they are small and they occur on a daily basis. Sometimes, we do not take them seriously as they look like universal and happen to everyone. Therefore, we do take much more seriously the major stressors but in reality there are far less harmful compared to the daily stress!

This is a very interesting article. Even though
there are bullies at work place, there is a situation that I will stop arguing
for being fair to myself: Do the math for opportunities cost-
the stress, the time and the energy wasted in arguing as well as the emotional pain
may make myself miserable. Regardless these, individual always has less power than organization. I may not change anything in the
end. Instead, without any arguments, the people who do the bully may be afraid
of the quietness. This is what we call in spirituality power of silence.
