LSL Management Tip #10: Clients

LSL Management Tip #10: Clients

Hello Readers,

In any business we have to deal with clients and for most business’s they are the livelihood that keeps you afloat. Our new management tip will give way to a short list of RULES not to break when dealing with your clients.

Clients
The first and most important rule to remember is who the real boss is in your relationship with clients. A constant reminder of this will help you to remember their true value and save you money and from hardship.

Secondly, take the time to listen to your client’s problems, questions, or concerns. Attentively listening to any one person will prove your respect and value that you have for them, and will also make negotiating easier in the long run.

Thirdly, appreciate and use the power of YES! After effectively listening to your customer, actively seek opportunities that allow for you to say “yes”. When venturing into a solution to a problem, start off with what you can do for the customer. Having both you and the customer using the word “yes” at the beginning stages of a conversation will help set the course of positivity and productivity.

Using these three simple rules will help make your business more professional and more attractive to prospecting clients.
