The point is to know your position in the market place and to stick with that position.
Companies are too often seeing failure due to not using their position and trying to use that of another company’s. Understanding where you stand and where you don’t stand in the market place is one of the only ways to compete in our new age of technology.
When compiling your next marketing strategy, take your position into accountand make your strategy as simple and easily susceptible to the already overused human brain… less is more.
