Today’s topic is TRAINING!
I would like you to read this quote:

As Aristotle a lot of people have a fixed idea about what is “Training”. For them, “training” is the process of doing something and to repeat it again and again in order to be able to do it without mistakes, mechanically and get “Excellence”.
But I think that we have to be more open-minded about the concept of “training”. According to my point of view and LSL point of view, “Training” is also the way to get a behavior and an attitude towards one thing. Maybe I should explain how I define “attitude”: an attitude is not a single and simple behavior. An attitude is what you are, your personality, which is why an attitude is much deeper than a behavior you will have just one day. The behavior can maybe not reflect you, your way of thinking, whereas your attitude say a lot about your personality and about who you are.
Coming back to the concept of training, I think that “training” is done to make you understand what you are doing. If you understand what you are doing, then, you can change your behavior and your attitude towards the thing you are training on.
That is also why a good training cannot be done just during one time. But it has to be a long process. I will take the example of the ballet dancers: they train a lot, everyday and very hard. Their physical performances can reach excellence after training. Nevertheless, they will continue to train because is not just a physical performance, it is more than that: they understand dance, they understand the ballet spirit. And, as a result, they are very good on what they are doing. It is a passion, and training helps to make this passion harder.
It is the same process in a company and in Business. In order to be efficient, you need to do the same thing again and again. But in order to be successful in a long term view, you need to train in order to understand what you are doing. That is why, during training, you need a person to follow behind. This person can help you to have another point of view about what you are doing and so, to understand, to clarify the activity. Also, follow training in group helps you to understand other ways of doing, and then, can change your attitude.
