WHAT IS GROUP COACHING?

Simply put, group coaching is the process of coaching in a group. In difference with one-to-one coaching, group coaching is done in one or several group meetings, where the professional group coach might coach each of the members of the group and/or the group members might coach each other.

 

Group coaching helps to create an intimate conversation space among the group members, who are focused on pursuing common interests, developing new skills and taking specific actions towards success.
